Pricing the Home Right

Although it is not an exact science, I strongly believe in pricing the home correctly depending on the your pricing strategy and the current market conditions. We also need to take into consideration the condition of your home and the neighborhood where the house is located.

There are three pricing strategies to consider:

Over Priced - Upper end of the price range or beyond. Wanting to leave room for negotiation.

Market Priced - Pricing the home at or near the price you think the home will sell.

Action Priced- Putting the home on the market at a price where every potential buyer can see the value. Creates an auction-like environment.

My eight years as a Certified Residential Appraiser benefit my clients in the area of pricing your home and fighting for your price. Most real estate agents do not have the additional knowledge I bring with this added skill.
