There are three pricing strategies to consider:
Over Priced - Upper end of the price range or beyond. Wanting to leave room for negotiation.
Market Priced - Pricing the home at or near the price you think the home will sell.
Action Priced- Putting the home on the market at a price where every potential buyer can see the value. Creates an auction-like environment.
